Cassie Middleditch

Receptionist

Cassie Middleditch has always enjoyed the buzz of the Richmond area, and has been with Richmond Veterinary Clinic for nearly 26 years. She has a special interest in nutrition, for both animals and humans. Cassie enjoys baking and harvesting homegrown produce in the garden. She has no pets at present, but encourages the local possums, lizards and birds to enjoy her large garden.

Cassandra Khoo

Veterinary Nurse

Born and raised in Malaysia, Cass joined the team in 2019 as a vet nurse and receptionist. Prior to qualifying as a veterinary nurse, Cass had 11 years of experience as a dog groomer. Cass lives with a very spoilt rescue kitten named Void in Melbourne, but regularly FaceTimes her Golden Retriever, Bay, back in Malaysia. She enjoys spending her free time watching and discovering new animés and loves a good CrossFit workout.

Sian Kruger

Qualified Veterinary Nurse

Sian is a qualified veterinary nurse, having completed her training and qualifications at a busy small animal practice in Albury. She adds valuable experience and knowledge to our nursing team. In addition to caring for domesticated pets, Sian also works at Melbourne Zoo caring for more exotic species.

Teagan Weighell

Veterinary Nurse

Teagan joined the team at Richmond Veterinary Clinic in February 2022 as a trainee nurse and has proven herself to be a natural. Teagan is a committed parent of two cats, but is always on the lookout for another addition to the family. Teagan has a passion for anaesthetics and perioperative patient care, all provided with loads of love and TLC.

Siobhan Palmer-Dodd

Qualified Veterinary Nurse

Siobhan is qualified Veterinary Nurse who joined the team in July 2024. A self-described ‘mega nerd’, Siobhan’s eclectic interests range from hairless animals to card games and heavy metal music.

Lee Adams

Qualified Veterinary Nurse

Lee is a qualified Veterinary Nurse who joined the team in July of 2025 and can be found caring for our hospital patients or working in the surgical theatre.

Lee has a strong affinity for dogs who are experiencing reactivity/behaviour issues and enjoys taking extra time to show compassion and patience with these patients. He also thoroughly enjoys working with large breeds and working dogs. In 2026 Lee adopted gorgeous Boswell – a Labrador/Bull Mastiff that keeps him very busy!

In his spare time Lee enjoys cooking and taking boxing classes!

Sophie Jackson

Veterinary Nurse

Sophie graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Nursing in 2025, soon after joining Richmond Vet Clinic. She quickly endeared herself to the team with her cheerful nature and passion for learning.

Nasuha Hafidi

Veterinary Nurse Trainee

Originally from Singapore, Nas has a strong background in Animal and Veterinary Bioscience. She regularly entertains the team with tales from her time working as vet technician at Singapore Zoo.

Alexandra Arnaboldi

Receptionist (and Vet in training!)

Alex joined the team at Richmond Vet in 2023 as a receptionist, impressing us with her work ethic and knowledge. We were a little disappointed when she needed to reduce her hours to return to study (as a Veterinarian!) – but we’re hoping once she qualifies, she’ll join our awesome team of vets!

Bree Lashford

Receptionist/Trainee Vet Nurse

Bree joined our team in 2024 after a move from Queensland to Melbourne and quickly adapted her established administration skills to the veterinary industry. You may recognise her as one of the welcoming faces at reception, always ready to help, hand out treats and assist when your pets are not feeling their best. Bree has had an enormous passion for animals and animal welfare ever since she was little and so it’s only natural that she is now studying to become a qualified Veterinary Nurse. We are very excited to watch Bree continue to grow in this profession with RVC!

Lindie Wiese

Receptionist/Trainee Vet Nurse

Originally from South Africa, Lindie joined the team in late 2025. A bright ray of sunshine, you will certainly remember Lindie’s big bright smile when you walk into the clinic and see her at reception. Lindie began her journey with us learning all there is to know about front of house operations and is now studying to finish her qualification as a certified Veterinary Nurse! She has a deep passion for her work in the veterinary field and is so excited to now be studying and training in patient care, hospital operations and surgery!

Georgia Edwards

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Georgia is a qualified vet nurse who hails all the way from Liverpool. When not working at the clinic she is making the most of her working holiday experience exploring all that Melbourne and surrounds have to offer.

Bess Hamshaw

Veterinary Student/Receptionist

Another keen veterinary student from the University of Melbourne, Bess joined the team in 2026. She has quickly adapted to challenges of reception duties while gaining valuable experience working within a veterinary clinic.
